  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) EST may not be processed until the next business day.

2. Shipping Options: We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process and vary based on your location. The primary shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (domestic).
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
  • For orders within the U.S., standard shipping is free on orders over $75. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. While most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, please allow extra time for remote or rural areas.
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on the destination country, local customs procedures, and carrier schedules. Most international orders are delivered within 7-21 business days.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order’s status.
  • You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

6. International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be covered by Hopynapo.
  • If your package is delayed due to customs clearance, Hopynapo is not responsible for such delays.

7. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged a reshipping fee.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain remote locations may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

We will assist you in resolving the issue and initiate a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we may be unable to process claims for lost or damaged items.

  • While we strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, severe weather, or issues with the carrier.
  • If there are significant delays in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible.

11. Order Cancellation and Changes:

  • Once your order is placed and payment is processed, we begin preparing it for shipment. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or changed.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
