At Hopynapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure you have a smooth experience. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels should remain attached to the items.
- Shoes must not show any signs of wear or damage.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale (as indicated on the product page).
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at info@hopynapo.com or call (740) 569-7354 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide further instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Hopynapo is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you, subject to availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
